We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. All services performed by The GroutFather of LI are backed by a 6-month workmanship guarantee, effective from the date of service.

This guarantee applies provided that the treated area has been properly maintained and cleaned using recommended care practices.

This guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper cleaning methods, harsh chemicals, neglect, structural movement, mold caused by moisture retention, or normal wear and tear.

Care & Maintenance Guidelines

Bathroom & Shower Areas

Do not use bleach or harsh chemical cleaners

Avoid bar soap (can cause buildup and residue)

Dry area as much as possible after use to extend the life of caulk/silicone and help prevent mold/mildew

Floors & Backsplashes

Use only a soft-bristle brush or soft cloth

Avoid abrasive scrubbers, pads, or hard brushes

Recommended Cleaning Solutions

Option 1:

50/50 Hydrogen Peroxide + Water

Option 2:

50/50 White Vinegar + Water

+ 3–5 drops of dish soap

Use with a soft-bristle brush or soft toothbrush only.

Failure to follow these care guidelines may void the 6-month workmanship guarantee.
